Avalanche Courses
In the Mount Washington Area

Each winter, a number of avalanche courses are offered in the local area. Climbers, skiers and hikers who spend time in avalanche terrain are strongly advised to take advantage of the value of avalanche education. Potential participants should note that classes often fill quickly, and are urged to contact a course provider as soon as possible. Some providers will schedule private courses, contact them for more information.
